Did the Illuminati start the Hamas-Israel conflict to make a human sacrifice and feed astral demons? No, that's not true: The current conflict started when Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023. There is no evidence the Illuminati exist
The claim appeared in a video on TikTok (archived here) by @elkurtatok.ebred.a.nep on October 13, 2023. The narrator of the video says (translated from Hungarian to English by Lead Stories staff):
The Illuminati human sacrifice attack happened. On this basis they can start their war and naturally the goal is to instigate you just like with the Russia-Ukraine war. On the other hand the goal is to feed low-astral demons as every war is a human sacrifice ritual which is about feeding various low-astral demons sacrificing people for them.

The current Hamas-Israel conflict started when Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023. There is no evidence that anyone other than Hamas started the conflict.
Illuminati was created as a secret society by 18th-century German thinker Adam Weishaupt to oppose the religious and elitist influence over daily life but was dismantled later by the Bavarian state. Afterwards, Illuminati fueled several conspiracy theories until today. As the BBC noted in 2020, the Illuminati conspiracy theory was created by several authors, among them Americans Robert Anton Wilson and Kerry Wendell Thornley. who wanted to shake society with misinformation to force people to question their realities. Lead Stories debunked several claims about the myth of Illuminati in recent years, for example here, here and here.
Astral spirits were formerly believed to be fallen angels or the spirits of the dead. They can be connected to beliefs in demons, which are mentioned in occult theories and play a role in computer games.
